Candidate must have the mentality to move all over the country for visit purpose.
Having a motor cycle with valid driving is a plus point.
Customer relationship management CRM skills.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Spreadsheet.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate must have an updated Android smartphone.
Priority will be given to candidates who own a personal laptop.
Communication, Organizational, Analytical & Time Management Skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Market Research & Business Development
Identify potential customers, projects, and new market opportunities across territories.
Conduct competitor analysis on products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Develop and maintain a structured lead database for systematic follow-up.
Territory Sales Management
Prepare and execute territory-wise sales plans aligned with Management objectives.
Ensure complete market coverage and maximize presence in all outlets under the assigned territory.
Regularly visit workshops, builders, and retailers to maintain strong business relationships.
Collect orders following company SOPs and ensure on-time delivery coordination with the production team.
Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Management.
Convert leads into confirmed orders and monitor the entire order cycle until successful delivery.
Coordinate with Accounts & Finance team to ensure timely payment collection.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade show participation.
Create and distribute brochures, catalogs, and digital marketing materials.
Work closely with the design team to develop client-specific solutions and marketing visuals.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain up-to-date records of customers in CRM software.
Ensure timely communication with customers and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to Management.
Share competitor updates, price changes, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Take proactive steps to create potential new markets and identify growth opportunities.
Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Management.
