Strong understanding of building codes and engineering principles.

Responsibilities & Context:
Context:
MOS Design and Manufacture, Dhaka, Bangladesh is seeking skilled and experienced Architect Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating building projects to ensure functional, safe, and aesthetically suitable structures. The role involves working closely with design teams, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and project budgets.
Responsibilities:
Design & Planning: Lead architectural design, create technical drawings. Specialize in Interior & Exterior projects (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).
Conducting site analyses and creating space plans
Selecting materials, finishes, and furniture
Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders
Developing interior & exterior design concepts and schemes
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals on building projects
Managing budgets and timelines for interior & exterior design projects.
Designing buildings and structures, considering factors like aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
Creating detailed plans and blueprints for construction
Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
Overseeing budgeting and cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
