∎ Working Schedule:
∎ Weekly: 5 days.
∎ Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
∎ Job Location: Sylhet (Office-based)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all operations of an IT & Technology firm are carried in an appropriate, cost-effective way
∎ Improve operational management systems, processes and ensure best practices
∎ Make important policy, planning, and strategic decisions considering digitized products
∎ Perform quality controls, set & monitor production KPIs
∎ Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
∎ Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
∎ Oversee team reporting & training
∎ Work with the senior stakeholder/board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
∎ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in management, operations, and leadership in digitized products/industry (EdTech, BPO firm, IT Firm and other related industry)
∎ Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and team members.
∎ Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Leadership ability to transform million with digital soft products
∎ Outstanding organizational skills
