Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our leads database.
∎ Introduce our products and explain their benefits to potential customers.
∎ Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects over the phone.
∎ Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to match those needs.
∎ Manage and update customer information accurately in our system.
∎ Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
∎ Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ B2B customer conversion, cold calls & follow-up calls.
∎ Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
∎ Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (UK).
