Responsibilities & Context:

Anan City Park and Convention Hall a sister concern of Rangpur Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our new multi-purpose facility. This unique role will involve managing all operational aspects of both our state-of-the-art convention hall and our expansive city park.

We are looking for experienced and skillful individuals to above post.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convention Hall Management: Oversee all aspects of event and convention hall operations, including event setup, vendor coordination, client relations, and managing hall staff.

  • Park Management: Supervise the daily operations of Anan City Park, ensuring the park is clean, safe, and well-maintained for public enjoyment. This includes managing park maintenance teams and security.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a diverse team of employees, including event staff, maintenance crews, and administrative personnel.

  • Financial Oversight: Assist in budget management, cost control, and revenue generation for both the park and the convention hall.

  • Guest Experience: Ensure all guests and clients, whether visiting the park or attending an event, have a positive and seamless experience.

  • Compliance & Safety: Uphold all safety protocols and regulatory standards for both the public park and the event venue.

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
