Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Coordination among Supply Chain and Production to get desired shipment results.
∎ 2) Undertaking Cost reduction measures in Operation process cost by implementing regular improvement activities.
∎ 3) Production Cost per Piece has to be kept lower in comparison to other best rated companies in Bangladesh.
∎ 4) Ensuring quality consistency is maintained at all times and avoiding buyer claims on account of quality issues
∎ 5) Cut to Ship Ratio to be maintained at minimum 99.5% or industry best practice which every higher for tubular T Shirts.
∎ 6) Achieving the targets as per Budgets and ensuring the actual Cost are not exceeding the desired Cost parameters.
∎ 7) Developing teams and guiding them to handle bigger volumes.
∎ 8) Good knowledge of the Knitwear Garments (preferable Tubular fabrics)
