Job Context:
∎ This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified (course completed) accountant with a minimum of three years of work experience to join our BPO firm in Dhaka.
∎ You must have completed course from a renowned accountancy practice with sound knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards. Must be able to work on tight deadlines and an effective team worker. Good communication is essential for this role as you will have to communicate with accountants and finance directors in overseas countries.
∎ You must have a good understanding of cloud-based accounting systems (such as Xero) including Bookkeeping, VAT returns, Purchase & Sales Ledger, Bank reconciliation, Preparation of Accounts from Trial Balance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client communication:
∎ Maintain proper client communication
∎ Issue fee invoices and prepare reconciliation upon request
∎ Prepare client engagement, T&C
∎ Bookkeeping, Accounting & Tax compliances
∎ Bank Reconciliation and supplier management
∎ Perform and maintain compliance for clients such as VAT return, Tax returns
∎ Prepare Management Accounts
∎ Income and corporation tax calculation as well as data input
∎ VAT, Payroll, CIS and Pension compliance
∎ Other practice-related work
∎ Training & Education: Update and continue tax and accounting knowledge
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Has to be a confident & competitive individual, eager to learn and implement it in the business, minimum professional level of English communication skill as the individual will need to deal with clients from all over the world.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ 30% salary per month will be deducted for the first 3 months, which will be considered as security money and will be given back to you when you leave the job following the company rules and agreements. Please apply for the job only if you agree with the condition.
