Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest level of product quality while strictly adhering to industry standards.
∎ Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
∎ Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
∎ Plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency. Leading the team, monitoring day-to-day performance and productivity, and motivating team members for continuous improvement to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Craft strategic and sustainable partnerships for companies.Channel Development (especially B2B/Institution/Out of Home (OOH)/eCommerce), Infrastructure, and Process Compliance.
∎ Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant. Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
∎ Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability. Manage budgets and forecasts, Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
∎ Recruit, train and supervise staff. Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
∎ On-the-Job training (OJT) plans for sales teams and front-end team members to improve functional skills and implement capability initiatives.
∎ The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. Below is a list of common responsibilities for an Operational Manager:
