Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Engineering or Apparel Merchandising will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Apparel merchandising, Garments Manufacturing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Costing, Merchandising, Reputed Export oriented Garments or Buying House, Time Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for overall activities and outcome of the assigned project with absolute integrity and honesty.
∎ Thorough knowledge of the cost of products. Pre and Post Costing.
∎ Attending the costing meeting with the buyer
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.
∎ In Coordination with the planning department ensure that all the trims and accessories are ordered and delivered in time before the production start date.
∎ Preparing 'Time & Action Plan' and working with relevant departments regularly to ensure desired quantity and quality and deliveries will be on time.
∎ Do the risk analysis meeting with the team and related departments as necessary.
∎ Monitor warehouse receiving, processing warehouse documents, and supplier payments on time.
∎ Submission of samples to designers.
∎ Analyze process flow chart to simplify the work process and shorten the approval procedure and lead time.
∎ Follow up with designers for approvals and feedback.
∎ Perform all other jobs assigned by Management.
∎ Assist completion of orders from development till ready for delivery with guidance from seniors.
∎ Follow up the planning/production/quality/warehouse and other teams to ensure ready goods are on time.
∎ Prepare all kinds of product samples such as PP samples, size set samples, and shipment samples within allocated deadlines and assist with the preparation teamwork with internal departments to ensure proper accessories with Branding and design.
∎ Prepare costing sheets based on approved development samples and submit them for approval.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking, and delivery on time.
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in pre-production sample development, costing, and production tracking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with the capacity of handling very demanding and renowned customers.
∎ Capable of leading a merchandising team professionally
∎ Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions
∎ Proficient in both written and spoken English
∎ Having excellent e-mail communication skills with MS Office, Excel operation, and Excel.
∎ Ability to do Consumption and Costing of various product orders.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good managerial skills.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Office Time 10 AM - 7 PM.
∎ Weekend: Saturday.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) after completing 6 months probation period.
