Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct lead generation activities
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
∎ Utilize basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials for various digital platforms.
∎ Manage and maintain our social media accounts.
∎ Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns
∎ Support the creative needs of the company by providing innovative and compelling design solutions as per company requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in digital marketing, including graphics design, social media management, lead generation, and email marketing.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create visually appealing marketing materials.
∎ Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
∎ Familiarity with lead generation techniques, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Depending on experience and capabilities.

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Weekly 1 Holiday (Saturday)
∎ Office time 10 AM - 7 PM
∎ Yearly 2 festivals after completing 6 months probation period.
∎ After completing 6 months probation period there will be a salary review based on performance.
