Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform preventive maintenance of compressor, boiler, generator, Washing machine, Hydro extractor, Dryer, Ozone machine, Laser machine, E-Folw etc.
∎ Supervising the electrical, mechanical, and technical teams.
∎ Must have skills & experiences to lead a fire safety team efficiently.
∎ Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to machinery faults
∎ Diagnose Machineries breakdown problems.
∎ Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for all washing machines.
∎ Obtaining specialist components, fixtures, or fittings.
∎ Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.
∎ Monitor & control maintenance & electrical costs.
∎ Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.
∎ Ensure the environmental management systems.
