Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the school bus fleet.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
∎ Manage a team of drivers, guides, and other operational staff.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Different areas of Dhaka City should be known well
∎ Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a transportation or tech-driven environment.
∎ No Matter about Experiences, but 03 Years Experiences should be PRIORITIZED.
∎ Pathao Drivers should also be PRIORITIZED.
∎ Personal Motorbike should also be PRIORITIZED.
∎ Strong organizational and leadership skills.
