∎ Local residents of Dhaka will be PRIORITIZED.
∎ Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a transportation or tech-driven environment.
∎ No Matter about Experience, 03 Years of Experience should be PRIORITIZED.
∎ Pathao Drivers should also be PRIORITIZED.
∎ Personal Motorbike should also be PRIORITIZED.
∎ Strong organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily school bus operations and fleet management.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor real-time schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
∎ Help manage vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
∎ Handle guardian inquiries and manage customer relations.
∎ Coordinate with teams to improve service and route optimization.
∎ Assist in business planning and presentations.
∎ Prepare basic reports on operations and safety.
∎ Assist with driver training and customer inquiries.
∎ Utilize soft skills like data entry, online marketing, and MS Office.
