Experience:
Excellent communication skill in English (Written/ Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Vast working experience in any organization (preferences can be given to the candidate working in the similar association)
Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.
Keeping medical professionals informed about the policy.
Managing the clinic`s budget, billing system, and inventory.
Ordering stock and supplies for the Hospital
Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the Hospital.
Ensure client satisfaction is 100%.Identifying opportunities for strategic growth and implementing them.
Counseling patients about treatment, payment, and recovery options.
Coordinating with corporate partners.
Work to achieve the business goal.
Conduct competitive strategic analysis, client segmentation, and client insight development.
Maintain all kinds of regulatory compliance, Authority, Autonomous, relevant govt, semi govt and private company affairs.
Maintain employee motivation, mentoring, counseling and discipline.
Develop and implement a strategy to ensure efficient and effective operation management.
Mentor and develop the team of direct reports, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
Make sure that the patient support facilities are available in good order.
Address all major issues which may need to be resolved ASAP.
Address any patient`s request, requirement, complaints etc. Monitor and ensure that all the complaints are resolved in appropriate manner.
Performing any other job assigned by the Este Aesthetic Hospital
Perform regular and spot-check of all service care units and to maintain high quality standards through routine visits to every session room.
Liaison and networking with external stakeholders. e. Bank/Financial Institutes /different Regulatory Bodies.
