Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide operational guidance to our active wear operations to optimize qualitative production as per buyer requirement & to enhance plant operational efficiency through systematic development standard.
∎ Supervise the overall factory operations as per organizational policy and standard
∎ Supervise the production managers for smooth execution of apparels production at factory as per the buyers specifications
∎ Monitor the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines to the QA managers to ensure quality as per buyers product specifications
∎ Oversee the production plans to optimize the production output by best utilization of manning, machine and raw materials and monitor to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment
∎ Oversee optimum productivity by enhancing factory capacity in accordance with the IE requirements
∎ Responsible for general administration & facility development for smooth plant operations
∎ Follow up the organization right sized in line production & operation capacity through competitive worker/ employee sourcing, transferring & downsizing
∎ Develop strong control over Raw Materials and finished goods Inbound and Outbound with coordination of export, import and procurement team
∎ Supervise Standard Operating Procedure for different maintenance related tasks and providing feed back to the operation and production team regarding critical machine conditions
∎ Ensure control over compliance in connection with HR, Admin, Environment & SCM practices in order to meet buyer audit requirement
∎ Ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA)s and SOPs for factory operations are delivered according to SQ standard and buyer requirements
