Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate marketing strategies to portray the image of the company, in the relevant business circles as an organization of reputation for excellence in manufacturing to attract new businesses
∎ Build, develop and maintain relations with potential and new customers, and relevant external parties to monitor levels of satisfaction, and continuously take measures to enhance customer service.
∎ Establish product development and cost strategies to achieve economical efficiencies through coordination with Product Development, Design and Development, Sourcing and other relevant teams
∎ Carry out product pricing and pricing strategies to attract and develop new business
∎ Supervise the merchandising teams' activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
∎ Follow up seasonal & annual budgeted export forecasting and oversee profitability of accounts and products on quarterly basis to have positive impact on company P&L account.
∎ Oversee bid participation, negotiation with buyers and order confirmation in terms of price, quality & lead-time.
∎ Monitor production planning, capacity checking, reservation confirmation, weight and study report in close coordination with IE & Planning team.
∎ Monitor the quality inspection in terms of product & packaging quality and export activities to ensure confirmation from the respective buyer(s) upon receipt
∎ Manage complaints from the buyer in connection of shortfall or deviation from quality standard by maintaining due process through highest level of service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ In-depth knowledge on production management, factory/ buyer merchandising, costing, demand forecasting, budget comply, company P&L responsibility, PD, garment quality, IE & Planning, production work flow, SCM work flow, preparing Order Confirmation Sheet (OCS) & Time and Action Plan (T&A), capacity management, inventory and Pricing
∎ Provide coaching, counselling, guidance and training to the team and lead the function to achieve buyer product compliance
∎ Should be able to perform under pressure and adopt to change quickly. Willing to run the business single handed as a profit center and having an entrepreneurial mind-set is a massive plus point
