• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE with MBA, BBA major in Marketing, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Software Company, Web Media/Blog, Film Production, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, E-commerce Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

• Age At least 26 years

• 2-3 years in operations, digital marketing, or collaboration management (experience in e-commerce, creative agencies, or SaaS/software firms is a plus).
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of creative agency processes (content creation, video production, branding, etc.).
• Basic understanding of SaaS or software firms and their operational workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and collaboration platforms.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
• Soft Skills:
• Team player with a proactive mindset, able to adapt to dynamic environments.

E-commerce Collaboration:

• Initiate and manage partnerships with other e-commerce businesses to expand business opportunities for Bizmation.io
• Identify potential collaborators and negotiate agreements to achieve mutual growth.
• Maintain ongoing communication to nurture business relationships.

Digital Marketing Operations:

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and provide actionable feedback to optimize results.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align operational goals with marketing objectives.

Creative Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the creative team on projects, ensuring alignment between operational goals and creative deliverables.
• Understand basic creative agency workflows, including content creation, video production, and branding.
• Support brainstorming sessions and provide operational input to creative projects.

Bizmation Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operational tasks, including inventory management, customer support, and order processing.
• Ensure seamless integration of operational tools with business processes to enhance efficiency.
• Regularly update management on the progress of operations and collaborations.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the creative, marketing, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
• Align the work of internal teams with the expectations of external stakeholders and clients.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze key operational metrics and marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports to the management team.

Client and Partner Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce partners and creative agency collaborators. Address concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive and productive working relationship.
