Key Responsibilities (Online Sales & Tele-Sales Focus):

  • Achieve and exceed monthly online sales and tele-sales targets.
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, online platforms, and social media to promote fmfashionworld.com products.
  • Reply to inbox and comments quickly, politely, and professionally.
  • Collect orders and ensure accurate customer details (name, phone number, address).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide proper solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Make follow-up calls to interested customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Listen to customer complaints patiently and offer effective resolutions.
  • Monitor Facebook Page comments, reply promptly, and moderate when needed.
  • Understand customer interests and needs, and offer suitable product recommendations.
