Key Responsibilities (Online Sales & Tele-Sales Focus):
- Achieve and exceed monthly online sales and tele-sales targets.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, online platforms, and social media to promote fmfashionworld.com products.
- Reply to inbox and comments quickly, politely, and professionally.
- Collect orders and ensure accurate customer details (name, phone number, address).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide proper solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make follow-up calls to interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Listen to customer complaints patiently and offer effective resolutions.
- Monitor Facebook Page comments, reply promptly, and moderate when needed.
- Understand customer interests and needs, and offer suitable product recommendations.
