- Must have the patience and mindset to speak over the phone for long hours
Responsibilities & Context:
- Contacting leads or customers obtained from social media or online campaigns via phone.
- Providing detailed information about the company's Denim/Jeans products to customers (mainly wholesale buyers/shopkeepers) and encouraging them to purchase.
- Suggesting the right products according to customer needs and confirming orders.
- Sending product photos to customers via WhatsApp or Messenger and maintaining follow-ups.
- Submitting daily call and sales reports to the management.
- Listening to customer complaints or queries with patience and resolving them.
