• Must possess clear pronunciation and a pleasant speaking style
• Must be willing to accept challenges and have the mentality to meet sales targets
• Must have basic knowledge of smartphones and computers (specifically Excel and Internet browsing)
• Must have the patience and mindset to speak over the phone for long hours

• Contacting leads or customers obtained from social media or online campaigns via phone.

• Providing detailed information about the company's Denim/Jeans products to customers (mainly wholesale buyers/shopkeepers) and encouraging them to purchase.

• Suggesting the right products according to customer needs and confirming orders.

• Sending product photos to customers via WhatsApp or Messenger and maintaining follow-ups.

• Submitting daily call and sales reports to the management.

• Listening to customer complaints or queries with patience and resolving them.
