Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting or International Business
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Due Diligence on new clients as per the Company Onboarding Process,
∎ Assist the Compliance and Credit team for all new and existing clients,
∎ Work with/Assist concern officer to on-board the new clients and monitor KYC requirements for existing clients,
∎ Apply world checks, soft checks and hard checks as and when required with the Credit Officer,
∎ Work with Head Office and other global offices of the Tradewind Group to complete the onboarding process and account set-up,
∎ Ensure activation of the client's account and its customers in the software system of the Employer,
∎ Manage and maintain a detailed CRM (Sales Force),
∎ Handover the client account post account set-up to Customer Relationship Manager with all the required information/reports,
∎ Completing the account set-up of clients within the reasonable timeframe, balancing Tradewind and clients' needs and requests,
∎ Update client on a regular basis with the on-boarding status and developments,
∎ Develop referrals and leads from client relationships, to pass on to business development team,
∎ Maintain effective communication with clients; establish long-term, stable relations of cooperation with clients and Tradewind global offices,
∎ Create internal reports as required,
∎ Other assignments as and when required in the course of the Employer's business.

∎ Clear verbal & written communication skill in English
∎ Well-mannered with positive attitude Sound
∎ Ability to travel outside Bangladesh
Salary: Negotiable
