Tradewind Bangladesh office is looking for Assistant Vice President.The position is responsible for performing activities related to Commercial and Business Development.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a part of Commercials and Business Development department responsible for achieving the targeted portfolio turnover of the team members
∎ Develop and promote the Tradewind brand and advance Factoring and Trade Finance Business throughout the region.
∎ Independently maintain, develop and expand customer relationships by providing tradefinance products/solutions
∎ Meet sales targets and help establish the company's business plan.
∎ Organize, coordinate and complete the client due diligence process including recommendation to management for onboarding certain target prospect
∎ Maintain effective communication with clients/prospects; establish long-term working relations with clients and spearhead close interaction with all Tradewind offices to develop synergies across the Tradewind franchise.
∎ Attend tradeshows to network with exhibitors and other participants and to identify new sale support unities.
∎ Develop referral network with business partners.
∎ Travel required.
∎ Other jobs assigned by the immediate supervisor.
