Minimum 7 years of total experience in software development
At least 5 years of experience in project management roles
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and manage risks efficiently
Strong technical background in one or more: Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, C#, TypeScript, Ruby, etc.
Experience working with offshore/multicultural teams
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus
Working experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
Familiarity with both frontend and backend technologies
Experience with web systems, mobile apps, or enterprise application

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver offshore software development projects in collaboration with our Japanese clients. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, deadline-focused, risk-aware, and capable of managing multicultural teams. This role will serve as a communication bridge between the local engineering team and the Japanese stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of international projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of offshore development projects
Define project scope and prepare proposals with clients
Act as a communication bridge between Bangladeshi and Japanese teams
Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones
Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively
Monitor and maintain project budget, timeline, and quality
Oversee daily task allocation and progress tracking
Review deliverables to ensure high standards and security awareness
Mentor and guide team members
Conduct post-project reviews and provide improvement recommendations
