Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in preparing yearly training calendar, training budget & rolling, pre-training, and post-training evaluation.
∎ To conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA).
∎ To assist in preparing training modules & keep improving according to identified areas of improvement.
∎ To coordinate pre & post-assessment tests for each and every training and prepare the summary report.
∎ To monitor & facilitate 'Orientation' sessions and arrange on-the-job training as well as off-the-job training.
∎ Collect information from management, HOD's regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and frequently seek to improve.
∎ To measure employee retention rates and job satisfaction by issuing assessment tests and quizzes.
∎ To initiate different employee engagement programs to create an inspiring work environment.
∎ To maintain the employee training database and assist in preparing reports to ensure ROTI (Return on Training Investment).
∎ Improve employee performance by providing necessary training.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in RMG sector will be given preference.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
