Technical Sales/ IT Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working for any ISP/IT Service marketplace or Company, Corporate Sales and Marketing. Target & technical support oriented.
∎ Customer support for regular operations like Server System & Network Configuration, analyzing customer complaints, troubleshooting, configuration changes accordingly and communicating with customers for smooth operations.
∎ The candidate will be responsible to meet the monthly Sales Target & KPI to collaborate with technical team.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for the development of customer relationships, the profitability of the company, customer loyalty, and satisfaction, and will identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand the customer requirements & provide the technical solution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have the knowledge of Cloud Service market in Bangladesh.
∎ The candidate will be working with a high profile, high-value client base, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. MS Office skills level should be Strong.
∎ Excellent English communication highly required.
