Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering (SMV calculation & layout).
• Should have experience in working with Knit Based garments.
• Good skill in excel & word.
• Good leadership quality to lead & motivate inspectors.
• Good command in both written and spoken English
• Good inter-personal & communication skills
• Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented

• Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study, line balancing etc.

• Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring. Identify and minimize the bottle neck areas, co-ordinate with seniors and line managers for solving issues;

• Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP) Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.

• Monitor workers` performance;

• Operator`s skill test & skill matrix preparation Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action Lost time recording(NPT), Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study, Develop Productivity Ensure DHU (Defects per Hundred Unit) Non-productive time calculation.

• Input in-hand, WIP, change over time monitoring Closely work with the production floor/ line management Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards Report to the superiors.
