Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily, monthly and yearly production target with quality product.
∎ Supervision of full production floor.
∎ Lead and manage the section’s production team and will be responsible for the successful implementation of production activities.
∎ Ability to smooth operation of worker’s function.
∎ Maintain regular stock of raw materials.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations to exceed company’s expectations. Responsible for production output, product quality and on time delivery.
∎ Estimate costs set quality standard. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
∎ All others as instructed by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be good knowledge about impregnated Paper/Decor paper production.
∎ Excellent Leadership and organizational capabilities, with a proven track record of supervising and mentoring a team of decorative paper/impregnated paper production.
∎ Should be good communication skill both Bengali & English
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
