Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking experienced candidates with a background in Administration. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling administrative and general purchase & bill management through SAP.
- Managing visa, work permit, and security clearance documentation and processing for foreign employees.
- Coordinating with government offices and embassies for guest/employee visa processing.
- Coordinating with local government offices for renewal of factory-related licenses.
- Overseeing the kitchen environment and monitoring food quality daily.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by superiors or management
