Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CSE/CSIT from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring necessary IT support to the users, installation and configuration of Desktop/Laptops and its Operating Systems and other applications.
∎ Troubleshooting of File Server, Network, Sharing, Hardware, Software, Computer Assembling and others.
∎ Design solutions, configure or support Firewalls, Content Engines, Intruder Detection or Prevention Systems.
∎ Performing routine audits of user accounts & database, systems performance, data backup, systems updates, configuration changes and full range of user end supports.
∎ Identification of software problems and resolve the same by proper communication with end-user.
∎ Performing any other assignments given by the Supervisor as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Certification in MicroSoft, Linux, Cisco Technologies will add advantage.
