Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of related drawings, work plan & budget as well.
∎ Project schedule preparation, ensuring the completion & handover to the user accordingly.
∎ CS preparation & issue work order accordingly.
∎ Verify the submitted bills.
∎ Ensuring quality as per the specification of the works following proper procedure.
∎ Construction site visit to have better quality works & to ensure the proper application of drawing provided by the concerned as well.
∎ Preparation of project feasibility study related estimate & drawing preparation accordingly.
∎ Preparation of various drawings & other related administrative documents for regulatory body approval.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on AutoCAD and MS Office.
