• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

• Strong in optimizing processes to support business scalability.

• Execute daily receiving operations for goods and services based on requirements.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with user departments to ensure timely receipt.
• Assist with invoice vetting and goods receiving processes in collaboration with finance and user teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and financial systems.
• Perform quality checks on received goods (where applicable).
• Update the inventory management system with accurate data.Support financial reconciliation and assist with month-end reporting.
• Generate reports on receiving activities and communicate any issues to relevant stakeholders (technology, external service providers, and audit teams).
• Cooperate during internal and external audits by maintaining organized records.
