Responsibilities & Context:
Sample review of upcoming styles and PPA process and machine allocation. Innovation and automation process selection.
PPA (Pre-Preparatory Assembly) process method analysis.
In line process review and make innovation and automation plan for implementation.
PPA area capacity and work load calculation.
Invent new device with process work method for reduce observation time and machine modification to operate easily.
Invent new machine, template, process etc. that helps productivity improvement.
Select machine, template, folder, attachment etc. as per innovated process required.
Reduce unnecessary process elements & Sewing Burst, Line graph analysis & bottleneck solution.
Monthly new innovation plan and take measure for implementation.
Collect data of the whole research work and make presentation and others report to present the management.
