Educational Requirements: B.Sc. in Food Safety/ Functional Food/ Nutraceutical / Food Science/ Nutrition/ Chemistry in Food Technology from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements: At least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
Age at most 35 years

Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both English & Bengali.
Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable.
Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package, ERP/CRM, Inventory Management software.
Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
Ensures that the workplace is safe for employees to work within and that all employees are working safely and efficiently.
Assists and verifies that a production line is setup appropriately for the product to be run.
Ensures personal hygiene/sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety and all plant documentation and procedures are complied with throughout the plant.
Ensures production as per schedule.Monitors and ensures that all regulatory parameters (Production date, expiry date, batch number, MRP, weight/volume etc.) are followed accordingly.
Monitors and ensures that all process parameters (Temperature, pressure, humidity etc.) are maintained as per process design.
Ensures all products produced are within accepted food safety and quality specifications.Assists operators in running at throughput and quality standards ensuring optimal efficiency.
As needed, provides direction, clarity of expectation, and training to employees to enable their job success and achievement of process performance, GMP, and housekeeping standards.
Monitors process performance, identifies root causes of substandard performance, and addresses root causes appropriately, including personnel issues.
Monitors and approves time/attendance for production staff.
Arranges coverage when approving vacations or days off.Performs random inspections of production floors and if any problem arises must be solved immediately consulting with concern staff/officer.
