∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a bakery or food manufacturing industry.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ • Age not exceeding 32 years.
∎ • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and ISO systems.
∎ • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/QA documentation software.
∎ • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the implementation and monitoring of food safety, hygiene, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP standards in bakery production operations.
∎ Conduct in-process and final product quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal specifications.
∎ Monitor and document critical control points (CCPs) and ensure traceability throughout the production process.
∎ Oversee the inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring conformance to quality standards.
∎ Investigate non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
∎ Maintain and update QA-related records, reports, and documentation in alignment with internal and external audit requirements.
∎ Collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to maintain consistency in quality standards and resolve quality-related issues.
∎ Assist in the preparation and facilitation of internal and external quality audits and certifications (e.g., ISO, HACCP, BRC).
∎ Provide training to QA staff and production employees on quality standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
∎ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process control, and overall efficiency.
