Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute procurement plans to support operational needs across all business units including RMG, hotel, construction, and other concerns

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance

  • Collect, analyze, and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and best value for the company

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements

  • Prepare, review, and process purchase orders (POs) in line with company policies and requirements

  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services to avoid operational disruptions

  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to understand specific procurement needs and specifications

  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure quality and reliability standards are met

  • Control and optimize procurement costs while maintaining required quality standards

  • Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply conditions to support strategic purchasing decisions

  • Manage inventory levels effectively to prevent shortages, overstocking, or wastage

  • Ensure all purchased goods and services meet required quality and technical specifications

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules with vendors and internal teams

  • Handle urgent or emergency procurement requirements in a timely and efficient manner

  • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity

  • Prepare regular procurement reports, cost analysis, and performance summaries for management review

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary procurement documentation and information

  • Continuously improve procurement processes, systems, and workflows for better efficiency and transparency
