∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from reputed University.

∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Experience in Feed Sales/Veterinary Medicine Sales is preferable.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural areas.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the achievement and follow-up the Sales Target.
∎ Ensure market survey and develop strategy to expand market share.
∎ Ensure the conduction of Promotional Programs
∎ Ensure no. of Targeted Dealers
∎ Open New Dealership and Increase Sales.
∎ Search the dealer & assist management to source best dealer.
∎ Ensure regular visit to Dealer points.
∎ Ensure Order collection & coordinating with Feed & DOC coordinators in Head Office.
∎ Monitoring on time payment by the dealers.
∎ Frequently communicate with dealers for reducing dues.
∎ Provide technical service to the Customer.
∎ Observe the condition of farm.
∎ Give technical direction if found any requirement.
∎ Submit reports on market share, product feedback, and growth opportunity in regular basis.
∎ Sales:
