∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Operations Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reasonable knowledge and expertise of import, export and guarantee operation;
∎ Lodgment, retirement, financing/refinancing of trade transactions;
∎ Handling of queries from the customers and related stakeholders;
∎ AML and sanction screening along with various reporting to stakeholders;
∎ Follow relevant checklists and timely escalate issues to Team Leads;
∎ Be a part of automation initiatives and in a continuous drive to achieve more.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 5 years of working experience in the relevant field, preferably in centralized trade operations;
∎ Professional certification in Trade will carry an advantage;
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Bank Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions, Trade Policy of Bangladesh and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office & conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, Team player, self-propelled, and capability to meet deadlines.
