Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner;
∎ Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses related to compensation and rewards using MS Excel and PowerPoint;
∎ Prepare fitment analysis for recruitment activities;
∎ Prepare final settlement proceedings for leaving employees;
∎ Manage the Provident Fund process, including financial statement and fund management system;
∎ Maintain and update employee records and data in the ERP system;
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting;
∎ Respond to employee queries related to compensation and benefits;
∎ Maintain confidentiality of all employee data and records.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years of relevant work experience;
∎ Strong and demonstrated working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines;
∎ Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits;
∎ Be customer-centric, a team player, and self-propelled.
