∎ Four years graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure due diligence while opening loan and deposit accounts in line with underlying policies and processes;
∎ Update the RM concerned regarding pre-requisite of their service requests, and ensure those before execution;
∎ Ensure that customer's information is updated in all the systems of the bank in line with the process before Loan and Deposit Account openings;
∎ Opening loan and deposit account in Core System and initiate disbursement;
∎ Prepare sanction letters incorporating details of approved credit conditions;
∎ Ensure execution of loan repayment, collection, fund transfer, and relevant instructions;
∎ Ensure loan closure within Standard Service Level Agreement;
∎ Prepare issuance of NOC/Loan Outstanding/Interest Payment certificate or any other as requested;
∎ Identify scope for any cost-saving, support in digitalization and process improvement;
∎ Ensure zero audit findings in the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher to 4/5 years' experience in similar nature of job depending on job grade; incumbents working in a supervisory role will get preferences;
∎ Ability to work/lead a dynamic team independently;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled;
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
