Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University. Post-graduation will be an added advantage with CGPA 3.00 (out of 4);
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and follow up leads of agents for onboarding;
∎ Preparing agent file, approval note and agent appointment letter;
∎ Ensuring proper checking and documentation of agent onboarding process;
∎ Assisting and coordinating with respective AROs for onboarding;
∎ Placing request, obtain and preserve CIB report of respective agents;
∎ Collecting and submitting all relevant documents for creation of Agent Master A/C;
∎ Creating and managing respective agent and outlet ID's in the system;
∎ Providing proper logistics support to agents and assisting in vendor management;
∎ Collecting Agent Users CV's , checking their eligibility and referring for training;
∎ Managing and reviewing respective MIS reports and providing insights;
∎ Coordinating, supervising and directing the agent management system and agent onboarding process;
∎ Reconciling and solving any agent issues related to system malfunction or support;
∎ Ensuring proper compliance in agent affairs .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Self-starter with drives and initiatives;
∎ Language proficiency both in Bangla and English;
∎ The candidate must have at least 1 year agent banking/MFS experience;
∎ Sound knowledge in agent banking, general banking and Bangladesh Bank agent banking prudential guideline etc.
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars and Guidelines, market risks, financial instruments, IIA Standards, etc; strong analytical ability & leadership quality;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point;
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure;
∎ Willing and able to travel throughout Bangladesh.
