Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master Degree from any reputed University. PGDHRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying & collaborating with different department to compile staffing requirements
∎ Develop Job Description and Job Specification for individual positions.
∎ Advertising vacancies using the appropriate channels.
∎ Screen candidates resumes and applications.
∎ Organize and conduct interview process as required.
∎ Prepare interview summary for management approval.
∎ Preforming reference and background check.
∎ Prepare recruitment and turnover statement monthly & yearly.
∎ Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain payroll process and system.
∎ Prepare employees’ salary by the end of each month using payroll software.
∎ Prepare Off day and Over time benefit sheet by software.
∎ Answer staff queries about wages, deduction, attendance and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
∎ Prepare analytical reports e.g: Off day & Overtime status of different department monthly & yearly.
∎ Regular filling and archiving of payroll information e.g: On duty, Off day & Over time requisition, manual Attendance sheet in orderly.
∎ Maintain employees’ personal file & documents properly.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Superior.
