∎ JOB PURPOSE: Facilitate the field implementation of HNPP digital data management (DDM) and financial systems.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the local team for software installation and upgradation in the devices.
∎ Do troubleshooting for software and hardware technical problems.
∎ Provide support to the local team in reconciliation of both performance and financial digital data management.
∎ Facilitate one hour refreshers session in monthly meeting on new knowledge and skills required for upgradation and usability of the system.
∎ Take initiative to manage supply chain of devices, software and accessories through communicating with the local office, Head office and vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer fundamental, MS Office and Mobile Applications.
∎ Computer and Mobile/Tablet troubleshooting skill.
∎ Facilitation skill.
∎ Interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Knowledge about Data management and MIS system.
∎ Teamwork.
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.
