MBA/Master’s in any discipline from reputed university with no third division in academic records.
Professional Certification in HRM will be given preference
4 Years and above in human resource division (Staffing /Recruitment) in any Bank / FI.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
Very good skills in MS Office and HRIS.
Job Grade: Officer to Principal Officer
Key Job Responsibilities:
Assist in manpower planning by analyzing current workforce capacity and future staffing needs.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including requisition approval, job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain workforce plans aligned with organizational goals and budget.
Monitor employee headcount, vacancies, turnover, and workforce movement to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Prepare and maintain HR staffing reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records in HRIS and databases.
Assist in succession planning and talent pipeline development.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals when required.
Support HR audits and continuous improvement of staffing and resource planning processes
