Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales target as per sales plan.
∎ Root level work (daily farm visit) with the farmers (poultry/fish/cattle farms).
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ To develop retailers/agents in the gap markets for exploring business opportunities.
∎ To ensure maximizing potential retailers & dealers.
∎ Regular follow up of sales order with the payments.
∎ To run business within company approved policy.
∎ To prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales & delivery reports.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports.
∎ To establish, develop & maintain positive business with customer to create loyalty toward company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates should be smart and target oriented.
∎ Candidates must be willing to drive motorcycle and should have valid driving license.

Salary: Negotiable
