Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

• 2-3 years Proven experience in quality assurance and laboratory management, preferably in the food or beverage industry.

• Stron knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 22000, ISO 17025.

• Experience with laboratory testing methods, instruments, and accreditation procedures.

• Age At most 32 years

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.

• Conduct routine inspections and audits across production, packaging, Process, Hygiene & Sanitation and storage areas.

• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

• Maintain and review quality documentation including SOPs, quality manuals, and deviation reports.

• Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations (e.g., ISO 22000, ISO 17025, HALAL).

• Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to address non-conformities.

• Train staff on quality standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.

• Manage daily operations of the accredited laboratory ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.

• Oversee sample collection, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Ensure all testing methods comply with accreditation requirements (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025).

• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and documentation of maintenance logs.

• Validate and verify test methods and results to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Prepare and submit reports on lab findings to relevant departments.

• Coordinate external audits and inspections related to lab accreditation.
