Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Sound knowledge of organizational development, performance management, and change facilitation.

  • Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

  • Proficiency in training delivery methods, including virtual and in-person facilitation.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with LMS or digital learning platforms.

  • Ability to track and analyze the effectiveness of PMS, KPIs, and engagement programs.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor law basics, and compliance in relation to training and OD activities.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Officer / Sr. Officer – Organizational Development (OD) to join our Corporate HR team. The incumbent will play a vital role in Organizational Structure Management, Process Improvement, HR projects & Employee Engagement to support the group’s strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of HR transformation projects, competency frameworks, and OD interventions.

  • Lead objective, key results/ KPI based Performance Management Project Implementation, coordinate with department heads to ensure timely KPI setting, alignment, and review.

  • Work on change management initiatives to improve organizational culture.

  • Design and implement employee engagement surveys and action plans.

  • Organize learning and development programs to build leadership capabilities.

  • Promote HR branding and internal communication to enhance company culture.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to improve organizational structures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR digitalization projects.

  •  Prepare HR dashboards and reports on engagement, performance, and organizational development trends.

  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Analysis and Adjustment recommendation related to Salary for Special Programs/ Teams

  • Act as a liaison between Zone, HR and business functions to ensure effective communication, participation, and feedback for all OD-related activities.
