Job Context

• We are looking for a smart and capable R&D professional who can deal with the constant new product requirements of Customers by providing effective product formulation solutions & supporting Microbiology analysis.

• Strong Communication skills, with strong e-mail correspondence.

• The job location will be in Rajendrapur, Gazipur.

• Must ensure stay with the company for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design new personal care formulations based on market research and consumer trends.

• Conduct experiments to test and refine product formulations, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with industrial partners and suppliers to source new raw materials and technologies.

• Analyze data from product tests and communicate findings to relevant teams.

• Ensure all products meet industry regulations and standards, including safety and labeling requirements.

• Prepare documentation necessary for product approvals and registrations

• Work closely with marketing to understand consumer needs and preferences, translating insights into product innovation.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure product scalability and quality control during production.

• Conduct microbial analysis & other relevant Test of raw materials, Packing material, in-process Goods , and finished goods to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive ongoing innovation.

• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols for Product compliance.

• Preparation & updating of SOP, Specification & other documents as and when required.

• Preservation & Study of retention sample of RM, PM & FG.

• Maintain housekeeping & Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in Lab. activities.

• Knowledge & practical experience in Process Validation and IQ, OQ, PQ, and DQ of instruments.

• Capability of performing Product Stability Protocol.

• External Audit handling capability.

• Problem-solving capability (Root Cause Analysis, CAPA etc.).

• Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using the Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
