The location will be near Rajendrapur, Gazipur.
Must ensure stay with the company for 3 years.
Expected to work both day and night shifts as and when required.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead formulation development for new and existing personal care products (skincare, haircare, hygiene, etc.)
- Plan and execute lab-scale, pilot-scale, and production-scale trials.Evaluate product performance, stability, and consumer acceptability.
- Analyze raw materials, finished products, and competitor benchmarks.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and quality teams for product development and rollout.
- Maintain detailed documentation for formulations, test results, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on market trends, scientific advancements, and sustainability initiatives.
- Test report of Raw material (RM), Packing material (PM) & finished Goods (FG).
- Preparation & updating of SOP, Specification & other documents as and when required.
- Preservation of reference sample of RM, PM & FG.
- Performing QAD activities.
- Maintain housekeeping & Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in Lab activities.
- Knowledge & practical experience in Process Validation and IQ, OQ, PQ, DQ of instruments.
- Product Stability Protocol.External Audit handling capability.
- Problem Solving Capability (Root Cause Analysis, CAPA etc).
- Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using the Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
