Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Microbiological analyzing of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products, preparation of specification of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Performing of validation and calibration activities of different process, method and laboratory equipment.
∎ Perform routine environmental monitoring of manufacturing area and microbiology laboratory according to SOP
∎ Perform limit test, sterility test, LAL test for the products and raw materials and prepare report for each.
∎ Perform the antimicrobial effectiveness test and preservative efficacy test.
∎ Prepare and maintain SOP, COA, Specifications, Log book etc.
∎ Routine analysis of Water (Purified water, Portable water, etc).
∎ To maintain, storage and control of microbiology laboratory inventory (glassware, reagents, spare parts etc.)
∎ Perform the antimicrobial effectiveness test and preservative efficacy test.
