Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Jarun, Konabari,Gazipur.
∎ Candidates having knowledge on Oracle (KPI Software) is our first priority.
∎ Should have knowledge on Network Engineering/ Network Administrator, IT System Management, Security Management of IT System.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate, analyze and present data to develop set of quantitative reports according to the need of the management.
∎ Install, configure and troubleshoot PC, Laptops, desktop applications and operating systems (e.g. MS-Office 365, Windows 2012 server etc.)
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
∎ Setting up accounts for new users.
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ Testing new technology.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A technical, logical thought process.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
∎ A keen eye for detail.
